ZNO's share price surged because the market anticipated a continued surge in sales due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and the share price underwent a massive correction. It's that simple to understand.
Let's be honest with ourselves: we all bought because we believed booming sales would continue. People even provided their own revenue forecasts on some of the threads. I don't think the management ever said sales were committed or on a long-term contractual basis. Trying to blame our losses on what management said or didn't say makes no sense IMO. We were greedy and thought we could beat the market.
Legal action and then what? Line the pockets of litigation lawyers with the bulk of the leftover funds, with little hope of recovering nothing more than a fraction of our losses.
I'm not happy with some decisions made by management but just don't see how this suggestion helps anyone.
