    what a coup for the bidder. To have 100 % control of the company, they only have to outlay 231 m @ 2 cent = $4.62 M , or to get 90 % = 177m @ 2 cent = $ 3.54 M. What a super deal for them. You wonder what value they allowed for all the assets, even written down. We have some interesting times ahead. Don't cave in, SH.
