your timelines are very precise. What do you mean by 'getting to the bottom of this' You are again implying impropriety or negligence. This is really unhelpful and perhaps not what you mean and although the company might be a bit late from time to time and the phone system is not always perfect I think we have gone past the point of looking for murderers under the bed.

I guess a whole raft of information is due for release today and certainly if not to day very very soon. Best to wait a little and see what comes out of that I think
