As a new holder of IDC, find this very exciting, maybe too exciting. Where's the catch?

They seem to have the resource, board/management capability and momentum. Gather the potential has been known for decades and expect there were local issues impeding development all this time.

Sorry if this has been covered before but how are they going with permits and the tricky business of landholdings? This area would seem to be the only reason holding the SP back, even in these times.
