I had to dig a hole in the basement to access this bottom drawer nightmare. Bought in 2013. What might be the consolidation level from then? Is there any chance of relisting? If so, any guesses as to price? I had actually put this one out of my mind, as you would a scam caller, so please excuse my ignorance.
