I have been stung with KGD based on Woodlark Island also in PNG. Supposedly sitting on lots of gold and has been well touted by several brokers. So much so you would have thought it to be a sure thing. Unfortunately, it has lost 75% of it's value since float. Hence one of the reasons for my newfound (and healthy ?) skepticism. Continual squabling of who is the country's PM doesn't really help the cause.
PS: looks like we have similar intentions when it comes to use of HC
