Very little progress being made in Indonesia it would seem, since I last checked the stats.
http://mobil123.com/ = 1,249 (was 989 in Feb)
CarMall.com = 498 (was 456 in Feb)
in Malaysia
http://www.carlist.my/ is ranked 241
while a competitor
http://www.mudah.my/ is ranked 10th
Thaicar.com is also a number 2 in the market, so much longer till cash flow positive, much longer till profitability than being in a market leading position, no wonder the Chairman brought CarSales on board....
From an article:
Just before iCar Asia was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) last September, Grove had told Digital News Asia (DNA) that he was promising investors RM3 million in revenue in 2012, RM10 million in 2013 and RM30 million (US$9.7 million) in 2014.
“Patrick said that?” Rielly laughs.We’re absolutely focused on being the No 1 marketplace from a listings perspective, on growing our traffic, and providing value to sellers and dealers.
“That is all we’re focused on at the present moment. It’s not about revenue right now,”
“The strategy for iCar is very similar to that; fast-forward five years. If you look at the classifieds business model, we don’t expect to turn a profit for three to five years, and the reason for that is the amount we have to invest in our strategy.”

Expect them to do something in the Phillipines potentially as well.
