i think this has the potential to be a positive or a negative depending on the company's objectives. As you say, they are a sh themselves, and in that sense their interests are aligned with the minority shareholders (i.e., higher share price = better). Also, they will presumably want the company to be solvent and profitable. On the flipside, if there were some greater strategic rationale subverting the independent interests of MAH, then yeah, of course that could be a problem, so it is something to keep an eye out for. The financial management of the company looks conservative, which for me is positive. If the concern is about no fat divvies, that does not bother me personally.
