Peaman we thought you must have been hit by a truck. Note that what was signed was a MOU.... Memorandum of Understanding and doesn't lock in low prices as you incorrectly state. What it does lock in is the definite availability of a customer upto 5 mmtpa of LNG for a long time and therefore once Sengkang LNG is up and running they can focus on other projects to supply LNG to India, China, Japan and the Philipines.
