Tinnitus. No I cant prove that the man was belted. I will look further. I am in central NSW no where near the place in VIC.... Can only tell you I read it in a newspaper at the time. The article said it was a small hall and that a group of people were attempting to gain entry when stopped by a mob and the assault occured as I have posted. I am going to try and find out more. I am not making it up......I read it. Regards
