Now reflect on Australia Mr Howard, "I hate guns" removed all auto loading fire arms from the public to lower crime (well that was a joke, as it still hasn't stopped criminals being criminals) and as such has removed a possible defence force for Australia if and when it would be needed
Before Mr Howard deciding to remove some fire arms there would have been thoughts from any possible invading force of Aust, there would be a gun behind every tree, result the same thinking as Japan had back in the 40's
Then why would Mr Howard worry, he most likly would be in Australia in time of troubles
