the capital raise didnt happen for a couple
of reasons .
1; due to the volatile world markets and consumer
confidence they couldnt of picked a worse time, to raise capital.
2; renaissance one of the major players pulled out.
even after saying that they did manage to raise enough,
and with the priority raise should get them through .
bring on the 19th and fingers crossed to all..
