Indonesia and coal deals are for the experienced with excellent connections and for Cos able to burn the entire investment due to entrenched corruption at every level. Every deal requires land acquisition from locals as well as the Mining Act to deal with. This is likley to be well beyond GLMs capabilities and looks improbable. Having been there on coal deals I would not return.
