Tony Abbott should stand up to them in West Papua. Not an invasion (Howard scared the pants off me when he sent troops in) but to draw the attention to the plight of these people. Would you not help your next door neighbour if he was in trouble ?

Indonesia had/has shocking human rights violations in these areas. Sukumaran and Chan could be matyrs who could save thousands of innocent lives in W.P. We are now a respected member of the U.N. Security Council. Ms.Bishop  lets use this as an opportunity where money does not get in the way of principle.

I am sure you would get Myuran's and Andrew's blessing. These two boys would be remembered in that country as legends.
