With regards to the announcement on 11/03/2009 'Testing to start on Indo Coal'. Does anyone know how long testing takes?
I am curious to know (assuming the testing goes well) how long it would take to organize a simular deal (such as with TL) with IBU. .... now i know there is nothing set in concrete yet with TL, i just would like a timeframe of how long 'would' it take to get an IBU deal to the same point we are currently at with TL.
