Indonesian Government will want higher prices for larger royalties. Surely when you are the biggest country producing and the governement has a interst in higher proces the price will in time rise? Not done the maths but it is a sliding scale with current prices only delivering to the government the minimum royalty.
Not sure this royalty change has been implemented but surely some one in the Indonesian government understands nickel pricing.
