In yesterday's FR it stated that "only 6 laws have passed through the Indonesian Parliament this year, compared with a target of about 60".
What hope do EWC have of getting approval of the PPA and POD for Power & LNG Plant.
Also, if you Google up BPMigas Indonesia you will see how many large overseas companies they are dealing with and the issues. Unfortunately EWC would be at the bottom of their list.
It's unfortunate but that is the reality of what's happening in Indonesia at present.
Let's hope PNG does become a positive investment for all SH as Indo seems far away. (Not holding my breath though)
