That is exactly the point.
In Indonesia, there is no such thing as Political Correctness, or if there is, it is from such a different starting point, that it is not remotely on the same plane as Western Political Correctness...
...therefore, the playing field is uneven before we even start.
If we start to focus on our own needs first - the needs of our own people and our national interests and what we need to do to ensure that we have a strong future - then other countries will respect us and look to us for guidance and they won't treat us like a doormat, despite the fact that we support them financially and bend over and let them do what they wish.
Time for Australia to be SELFish.
