My idea exactly, for every boat that comes out of Indo take off $100,000 of our aid money to Indo. Why the hell are we giving them money anyway??
The money would not get to where it needs to be, I think we all know that. 5cents in the dollar is about what most charities deliver to overseas countries and some are less. Look at Africa, trillions and trillions of dollars have gone into that country in twenty years and there is very little to show for it. The people aren't much better off.
All this crap from Indo is just Bluff and Bluster for the upcoming Indo elections. Every country conducts Signals intelligence (SigInt) and Electronic Intelligence (ElInt) and they all know it and they pretty much know where each others collection facilities are, both mobile and static!
