Surprised the market can't see what is about to happen here.
Limited downside in my opinion...a solid floor at $1.28 being the current takeover bids by both the Crosby consortium and Xstrata. Quite a bit of upside-I'm looking for Indophil to be trading at $1.45+ within the next 2 weeks (by 20 August which is the last day for an enhanced bidders statement to be sent to Indophil shareholders by Stanhill (formerly known as the Crosby consortium)).

"The Crosby consortium - now incorporated into the bidding vehicle known as Stanhill Resources - was due to release its Bidder's Statement for its $1.28-a-share bid for Indophil today, allowing Xstrata the luxury of deciding what to do with its own $1.28-a-share bid by Friday.
But Stanhill has upset the apple cart by securing an agreement with Indophil that allows it to defer the lodgement of its Bidder's Statement on the basis that when it does arrive (it still has to be sent to shareholders by August 20), it will contain an "enhancement" of Stanhill's current offer."
Pin your ears back and fill your boots up with Indophil shares.
