    From the quarterly report for quarter to 30 June 2008 released today:-

    "At the time of this Quarterly Report, no new higher offers for Indophil have been received. However, given the two current matching bids, the Independent Directors consider that it is likely that Xstrata and/or the Crosby Consortium will increase their offer price in order to succeed."
