well, I have been a similar situation. I think the smugglers want to send a full boat load but they are having difficulty getting customers.
the asylumseekers are angry because they were hoping to get here before the election, thinking that if they got here before the coalition won that they might be able to get permanent residency and family reunion
Thing is they probably don't realise that TPVs and no family reunion will probably be introduced retrospectively
