Allen's your CV is great and I do not doubt you have some experience with respect to mines. what I am saying is that the position ICG is in, particularly financial position, there is Buckley's chance in survival unless there is a serious increase in cash position.... they are playing with fire.
I don't think SH's can deny that funds will be required...management are delaying the inevitable by taking shares... you don't take shares unless funds are really tight or there are prospects of a t/o offer sooner rather than later.... the notion of looking after SH's may have some truth but I don't buy the philanthropic take on it....
Dr West has not addressed the consolidation question in my opinion and it has been dodged. I have provided a further response to his so I am hoping there is some healthy commentary from him on the further points I made.....
