That's exactly the attitude I was referring to. Even before trading starts today, sellers were clamouring to get their sell orders in line at lower prices, even though knowing full well that the market is going to be green today.
If they need the cash urgently, why not put in their sell orders at a touch higher than current market price and wait for a couple of days. They have had plenty of opportunities to sell over the last many months at higher prices.
