True Hoots but seems hypocritical when that same person was the one backing a lower offer by the actual hostile party whilst making said comment about a higher offer made by a party officially endorsed by the board.
52c is better than 35c no doubt. By all reports most posters here sold at 55c earlier in the week so better again.
