Thank you, and fair points. I did allude to that in saying we will have a "new normal", but a good portion of the current acceleration in demand will abate progressively, while still ending up at a higher level than pre-COVID19 trends.

I also agree that these kind of companies enjoy a secular tailwind as the companies increasingly relies on digital channels and platforms, automation, and infrastructure in the cloud to conduct business (the whole "software is eating the world" quip is still true more than a decade after Marc Andreesen uttered it).
