Rudd is making serious inroads into plans for developments for new technologies (see press announcements today on hybrid car technologies)
Such inroads can only be a plus for the development of his national agenda to create a multi-billion-dollar industry producing liquid transport fuels from coal and gas.
Would expect stock price to hold fairly well on this news even if market has wobbles.
