In this instance Cannvalate (3rd highest shareholder in IHL) also the biggest shareholder in IRX (which was formerly called Lifespot Health) until Cannvalate took major placement and installed their own CEO and now Darryl Davies has taken up position on the Board. Since then they have added a few more millions of shares and as at this current notice own almost 20% of company.
They are working on an Inhale device to target various conditions with tamper sealed pods.
Dr Sud is a medical consultant for them, and is instant to track how they intend to follow the same FDA approval path that Incannex is progressing down. History could repeat which would see a nice rerate given the low market cap and high cash position.
