It's a massive positive IMO. You get PR and Ann exposure, a US office to eyeball investors on the back of OSA, and they can pull the CR trigger when they want. It may come out of the blue and hypothetically to a strategic group for example and the market will likely be caught out. They do not need money as we know.

Best of both worlds. The Nasdaq and Biotechs are oversold dramatically IMO so IHL can maximise the inevitable cycle recovery. (maybe already starting, looking at the charts) Mimdmed overnight a great signal.
