I agree @MickeyMantle536, and in regards to a placement to the right group of US investors or industry groups, I wonder if Roths CH Acquisition V (ROCLU) will play a part in that. Lets not forget that the SPAC raised US$100m in Nov and I assume its currently sitting in the bank doing nothing.
I'm certainly not across what these blank cheque companies can and cant do, but maybe some of those funds are earmarked for an IXHL investment.
