my thinking it was just his role on the board. Perhaps they told him we value your input as a CSO for the science work but strictly stay away from strategy. DrT would reassert that as a board member he has to be active in all aspects but was met with deaf ears. Speculation only. If there were any negotiations DrT could not have purchased on market the last six months even if just in discussions/negotiations.
