$3 ($1b) back in may, just got an offer for $31/share ($10.1b)
its an ADC approved for ovarian cancer, in an extremely crowded market.
What I found interesting is peak sales rev was estimated back in march to be $210m according to analysts, yet in the last day or so since Abbvie is now taking over the reigns that forecast has lifted to $1.49b peak by 2029..
Goes to show, a drugs success doesn’t just depend on its data, it also needs to be in capable hands with sales & marketing teams that have the ability to scale it in the right geographic locations.
