    The penalty for unmet milestones is an undisclosed fee. If RAC is unable to furnish this penalty (we're not really flush with cash!) then COH may seek further recourse.

    Use your imagination.

    What annoys me most about this agreement is that it was executed 3 days after we were told they weren't pursuing RC110 P2. They knew they'd never achieve the development milestones because they had no plans on taking it the distance IMO.

    Dumb dumb dumb.
