Not much in the way of efficacy should be expected in Storm’s Phase 1 trial. They are able to show on target activity which is good. The most interesting thing for me is that they are heading down the immune potentiation pathway, not via acting directly on the cancer. The obvious reason for this is reducing m6A RNA levels is not what you want to do in cancer cells. The positive implication for RAC is what you want to do is increase m6A RNA levels. The negative implication is m6A is not important in cancer.
