Not cross promotion but Pharmaust (I hold it, fairly new to it) too had a big board renewal (polite!) after SHs on HC demanded the chair and other directors leave the building. The long time SHs cheered the board succumbing to the pressure including reinstating the CEO who quit due to personal reasons (sic!). So the SP promptly tanked after the board change but only the LTSHs (and yours truly) accumulated in the bloodbath. So if yiu are looking from outside you would think there is a corporate governance problem and stay away, and if you are on the inside it creates the best buying opportunities. We have seen similar story for Race.

(Obviously all board renewals may not be for the best!)
