Biotech worldwide had a terrible year irrespective of value of the stock, virtually all of them declined. RAC was not an exception. 2023 it had some new management which made some bad decisions until Dr DT been brought back. Since then there is a big turnaround. Also biotech is no longer the pariah of the markets which helps. You need to read a lot about RAC both on the company's website as well as here, just select whom to read. Lots of excellent posters, some less good ones, but generally quite knowledgeable the majority.
