I was issued with 2m $2.65 options as part of my CSO position in 2020.
For the CEO role I was issued with ~1.5m $1.40 options issued over the next 3 years. The 3m options are from me trading in half my cash salary for these $4.25 options over the next 3 years - this is around $75ok in cash I am giving up over the next 3 years. All options were issued well out of the money.
If I make the RAC shareholders money I will be rewarded, if I don’t make them money I won’t be.
