I am not sure why you are obsessed with AML, but if you understand what this treatment is doing you would have noticed that it was used post-transplant. To get a transplant you first have to be treated with chemo.
There are lots of amazing cell therapy treatments coming through that should be a worry for anyone developing a more traditional CAR-T program.
