Invest $100,000 = 20,000 shares
Company B SOI 5B, MC 1B, SP $0.20
Invest $100,000 = 500,000
Both company's achieve great results and accept TO offers of $5B
Company A: SOI 200M, MC 5B, SP $25
Invested $100,000 = 20,000 shares
20,000 x $25 = $500,000
Company B: SOI 5B, MC 5B, SP $1
Invested $100,000 = 500,000 shares
500,000 x $1 = $500,000
2 companies, same investment, same return, different SOI. Has that helped the penny drop?
