The points that should be contemplated is why did they choose to bury the collaborating info deep into the announcement and why didn’t they dress it up to try and get a SP rise?
As we all know RAC management are top notch and they don’t do anything without lots of thought and planning, I think it was defiantly a deliberate decision to do it this way as part of a larger strategy, which will eventually become clear as time goes buy.
