Typical Pharma buy the dip “premium”. Generally any SP deal premiums fall short of ATH even if 50-100%+. How can this be avoided? This is a tough question.
Staggered exit deals are perhaps one way rather than selling the farm. This progressively provides increases in MC in increments, (1) AML, (2) Cardio protect and (3) FTO.
How often does a trifecta come home, but when it does how well does it pay-off?
