I agree that the RAC negotiators may have treated the penalty amount with the same importance that a politician places on a promise for three years later.
Repeating that THE RIGHTS DISPUTE IS OVER.
RAC agrees that COH own the bisantrene FTO rights and they are licenced to RAC.
RAC shareholders can be happy or unhappy about that. Personally I'm happy, because the dispute is over and the licence fee is small.
