It has now just over 18 months since the DBH agreement was announced (19 Oct 23), and back then WBT said they expected more deals "in the coming months", but these never eventuated. A year later (24 Oct 24), they announced the target of 6 new signings in CY2025, which I thought at the time seemed rather optimistic given the lack of deals in the previous 12 months. As it turned out no new deals at all were announced in CY2024. So why make rods for your own back for 2025 ? I thought perhaps they had a backlog of deals that were about to cross the finishing line, but as we are now almost one third through CY2025, this notion too is rapidly evaporating. I think the next two months will be critical. With ~$100m in cash reserves and ongoing commercialisation work with DBH and Onsemi to keep them occupied, the company is well insulated against volitility in the the share price due to market forces or disgruntled shareholders, but if there are no new deals announced this FY, many holders will be worrying about the widening gap between company guidance and actual outcomes.

    All IMHO, DYOR
