Its an amazing product....graphene has so many uses. We're going to see lots more Graphen products in the next few years! (Check out Sparc anti-corrosive paint, good cross promotion sorry)
biggest problem I see is the High Voltage... currently at 5 Volts... which is too high for low power embedded devices, much higher than WBT ReRAM.
They'll need to bring it down a lot.
Endurance is pretty good... 5.5 × 106 cycles
At least 5-10 years before its in production.... Coby needs to become the market leader before new tech takes over...
