There have been reports today of airline operations being affected by sunspot activity interfering with GPS navigation equipment. Whether the problem is with equipment that is airborne, satellite based or terrestrial has not been stated.
I do wonder if the problem equipment contains memory modules that have inadequate radiation resistance and/or have been inadequately shielded. This could be the case with Flash or MRAM memories, whereas Weebit's ReRAM has native ability to function undisturbed by radiation. I do wonder.
