Yep, as suspected. More good news for reram. Weebit will be all about producing specialised, custom reram solutions as a further differentiator in my opinion. And there are some huge other fabless companies that demonstrate the model has worked. They make a reasonable profit doing just this.
As for the comments on NDAs, they are just that, and hence the silence. I think we will be very happy as a result despite the frustration at times with the slow speed of the semi world. Bear in mind, the longer it takes the more fortified our position against newcomers.
