MCU manufacturers certainly look good for early adoption of ReRAM, being one area where SoCs are found. Another area that Coby has previously mentioned is the manufacturers of PMIC devices, which are used for example to control voltages between mobile phone components. I guess you can regard PMICs as a specialised type of MCU and they certainly look like an area ripe for Weebit's ReRAM adoption.
