Yes as far as I know that's right, it's passed both houses now.
I'm not sure how much Skywater will receive, but it's supposed to be a chunk of the $52b allocated to semiconductor companies. And allocated over a number of years. Hopefully they'll put an announcement next week to clarify the details.
The CEO said a while ago, that they could get by without the funding but it will help to speed up some of their projects, which is of course the intention of the bill.
