Interesting stuff and just confirms CH's statements that the market is on fire chasing ReRam right now. I agree with you that GF is at short odds to be the Fab taping out our 22nm chip given they specialise in the FDSOI architecture.
I approached CH to find out why they did not release the name of the Fab and he advised that the Fab requested anonymity which shows there is a lot of competitive strategy at play in this HOT market.
