its currently developed by Samsung & ST, so yeah just one foundry for now.
But GF & ST have opened an 18nm foundry in France so I would not be surprised if they licence ePCM there too.
Appears better then flash, but honestly its probably just whatever they could make work at 18nm where flash has real troubles.
i'm guessing WBT's ReRAM will be generally better in most aspects (build cost, read, write, power), but the pricing needs to be competitive in order for ST to not use their own technology & buy Weebit's.
As ST already are using their own ReRAM, so its really not much change as I wouldn't bet they will be first in line for Weebit's product
